In my logo you'll notice the wheat stalks on either side. This is because it all started with bread. I know what you're thinking...how did I go from bread to skincare? Well, years ago I started to realize how toxic many of the things we put in and on our bodies are. So I wanted to start making things for myself and my family that would help eliminate these toxic products. The first thing I learned was how to make sourdough bread. From there I learned how to make many other things we eat from scratch and now I even mill my own grains for a lot of our foods. I started branching out, I made our own cleaning products and beauty products.

A few years ago, I had some leftover tallow from a cow that we bought. I had heard about the benefits of tallow for skincare and decided to give it a try. I had struggled with acne my whole life and thought this may help, so I made a jar for myself and after using the whole jar I didn't have a single breakout! Not only that, but my fine lines were minimized and my skin was glowing. I was amazed at how well this product performed that I began to make some for my family and I started selling to neighbors. 

I now have many other products available that I have researched extensively. Everything I sell I use for myself and my family as well. Therefore I source the highest quality ingredients with the most benefits for each product. Every ingredient has a purpose. 

The name lighthouse has a couple of meanings. My last name, Luciano, means light. Also, everything I make is made only by me in my home. But most importantly, throughout this journey God has been my guiding light. He has kept me on course as my lighthouse so I dont crash into the rocks.
